Hello there, we are looking for a roommate in a 3 bedroom house in West Side Costa Mesa.
We are one guy and one girl in our 20's/30's, active and usually out and about on weekends.

The house and bedroom are about typical sized for the area, the room is about 10'X10' with a decent sized closet. The backyard is huge and has plenty of space. There is a washer/dryer in the garage and the room has its own AC/Heating. The location is excellent, right on the border to Huntington Beach, and Newport Beach is a quick 10 minute bike ride down the river trail.

Rent is $950 per month with a $950 deposit. Rent includes internet/WiFi and utilities. The room is available 10/11 but we are taking our time to make sure we find someone who will be the right fit. If you are interested and would like to meet and check the place out, please send an email with some info about yourself.
