We have a large master room available! The room is mostly furnished. You could bring some night stands and a dresser if you would like. The bed is queen and beautiful. It’s hand painted from Germany. The room has its own vanity with a sink. It has a door into the shared bathroom. The balcony is also shared. The house is 3 bed and 1.5 baths, two story, end unit, street parking, washer and dryer in the garage, pool and jacuzzi, and a wonderful safe neighborhood!
About us: 2 girls live here. One a professional and one a working student. We keep the house clean. I have a cute small dog, and cat so please love animals. No more pets, sorry.

Rent is month to month- $1000
1/3 utilities (around $100 a month)
$500 deposit

What we’re looking for:
A responsible person
A clean person
ONE person only (no couples)
Someone who works outside of the house
Must be fun and friendly
Can hangout with us and drink beer:wine…
Doesn’t mind a little 420
Doesn’t have over night quest (once and awhile it’s ok)
