Convenient laundry upstairs next to bedroom. 5 minutes north of the Huntington Beach Pier and 15 minutes west of the 405 freeway. Parking inside the gated community with decal sticker/transponder for $50 annual fee. $1500. per month also includes standard cable, gas, electric, water/trash, and internet. No pets or smoking.
