Home has air conditioning for those hot days. Home is located 3 miles from the beach near the cross streets of Bushard in Yorktown. Must love dogs. They are mostly in the backyard and in my bedroom, but I do allow them in the living room and kitchen area now and then so we must love dogs.
No drugs, no smoking, no alcohol in excess, must have excellent job and excellent credit, or a cosigner.
No Storage. No couples, no cats, no guests over. This is not a Roommate situation. This is my personal home that I can rent out to provide a safe clean room in a friendly home.
The home is very, very clean and quiet aside from the dogs barking when people come to the door.
