We are like a quasi-family in this house. Our tenants are nice,
approachable, and responsible individuals. Currently, we have
two tenants in their early 30s. There are rooms for two more
compatible renters. As a quasi-family, we do many things together:
* upkeep the common areas and yard
* morning group exercise
* group dining or dine out
* group events (occasionally)
* help one another out with problems
This house is located in a safe/quiet neighborhood with an ethnic mix of
Vietnamese/Mexican/American. It is just a short walk to major shopping
areas with Costco/HomeDepot/Staples/etc and 1000 eateries. The landord
speaks Vietnamese & Spanish, and is a cook and a musician.
