He we are family of three. Our son is 2 years old and is very active and loud. He like to play alot. We have a female boxer who is very active and like to chew things up. We have a 13 year old female cat.
We are looking for a single mom with a kid to play with our son. Or a single women is fine as well.
We are nice family. We don't smoke or drink to often. Dad works 6 days a week and is home on Saturday. Mom works from home remotely full time.
One single room will be available for rent on January 2026.
