A private bedroom will be available in August in a shared home near California State University Fullerton and Marshall B. Ketchum University. Both campuses are within walking distance. Brea Mall is about 2.6 miles away, and Fullerton College is approximately 3.2 miles from the house.
The bedroom is a little over 130 square feet. Rent is $780 per month and includes internet, water, gas, and most household utilities. Electricity is shared separately and usually costs a little over $20 per person each month.
Coin-operated laundry is available on the property. A refundable security deposit equal to one month’s rent is required. The home is generally quiet, and everyone is expected to keep the shared areas clean and be considerate of the other residents. Smoking and parties are not allowed.
The lease runs through August 2027.
