There is one designated parking spot (that I have inherited), however, there are guest parking spots in the complex. You can check out the parking situation when you visit the place. It can be up to a 2 minute walk.
I have a Miniature Austrian Shepherd. He's super friendly, incredibly smart and very hyper. New tenant MUST love dogs. I am not looking to have any new pets move in.
I am looking for a quiet, friendly & responsible roomie who can communicate effectively.
I am looking for someone who does not intend on having guests over. I am a homebody and rarely have guests over myself. I am looking for a single occupant. No couples please.
You must be able to pass a credit check and pay a deposit of $1200 along with the first month's rent.
