Free parking anywhere in the gated community (we will have to register your vehicle, so it doesn’t get towed). Or outside the gate parking is fine.
No garage access. Looking for a female. There is no WiFi, but you are welcome to get some, the entire place is pretty available for use. I do not watch TV.
I am very clean, please be clean too. I DO NOT Mind you making noise, please live your life, no need to tip toe around the house. Awesome thing is, beautiful big park with a golf course and many other activities offered right across the street, you could walk to. Two grocery stores 1 mile or less away, several Asian restaurants around 1 mile or less, gas station on same corner. Nearby school too.
There is a small community pool. Washer and dryer is part of the rent. There is a heater (I never use, I just wear a sweater and have blankets for when I sleep). No AC in the summer time, you can put a unit in your room. The bathroom unfortunately connects in the center with the master bedroom (mine) and yours. There is a shower. There are doors. There is also a half bathroom downstairs. Full kitchen rights and can use my kitchen pans and stuff. You can have people over at times. Just like I might. Parties are ok….just be respectful and ask me first. We can chat more :)
$1500 everything (utilities included)
If you need a bed, you can borrow my memory foam 6 in mattress on the floor, full size. Or can use a Queen inflatable. No closet doors, but there is a closet. If it bothers you, we can get a key lock for your door, right now it’s just a turn lock.
Update: might come with a nice Queen size bed, still trying to figure it out.
