You will be sharing the apartment with my wife, daughter, and myself . You will have full access to the kitchen, patio and common areas. You will have a parking permit to park inside the private community. No overnight guests and no excessive noise permitted after 10pm.
$700 deposit plus rent is due at time of move in. Rent will be prorated to the 1st depending on which day you move in.
