You would have private bedroom and bathroom. Rent is $1600 not including utilities. Apartment has an unit washer/dryer. Living room/kitchen area will be shared space. The complex is luxurious and within walking distance to The Spectrum. There are parking garages with tons of guest parking available. You will have a designated parking spot on level GL and it’s conveniently near an elevator. The unit is on the first floor so moving will be easy, you can park on the street that way you can avoid using the elevator.
Currently I have a full size mattress, TV stand for a 60 inch TV, desk, chair, and nightstand in the room, to give an idea of how much furniture will fit. The closet is also spacious. Bathroom has a lot of counter space.
At the complex, there’s a cafe, large park, dog park, three gyms, three pools, a wine cellar, and a room you can rent out for events. There is a parcel room where packages get delivered and a post stop where your other mail will get delivered. This is a nonsmoking property.
Roommate is in his early 30s, works in the gaming/software industry. He works from home mostly. He has a goldendoodle, very respectful and well trained dog. Barely barks or makes any noise. Roommate is very kind and communicative. He has his own bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Dog is allowed to roam the apartment however you can always limit his access to your spaces by simply closing the door.
