At the home, the room available is located on the bottom floor of the 3 story condo. It comes with its own private full bathroom attached from inside the room and parking spot (w/ EV charging capability) via garage space. Modernized Washer Dryer included and easily accessible. Kitchen space also is included for personal items along with state of the art fridge available for shared use!
Internet wifi is available and uses google fiber, one of the best internet connections the OC has to offer.
You will be living with me and one other, we are generally to ourselves, but occasionally like to share a conversation or two from time to time!
Utilities are included in the rent

Rental lease will be at minimum a 6 month lease and from there can be month to month as long as there is a full 30 day notice that the renter would like to terminate the lease. Initial credit score and first and last month of rent will be required upon move in. (meaning for the last month stay, say being the month of January, the renter would pay their last rent payment at the preceding beginning of the month, December.)
Pets owners are negotiable (must stay in the room when owner is not home and is responsible for any damages to the premise that isnt considered wear/tear) . Guests allowed but not for extended periods of time. Room is for (1) renter only!
