The house is large, very private, and the 4 bedrooms are spread out and isolated.
Lots of living space: 2 living rooms, large dining room, kitchen. You will have access to all the common areas.
This is a great place to stay for a few months, on a month-to-month basis. Rent is $1200 for one person, $1500 for two. No smoking, no drugs, no parties, no more than 2 visitors.
Terms: month-to-month rent / $1000 security deposit required (refundable). All utilities and internet are included. The room is available immediately.
