I’m looking for a working professional around my age or younger.
I’m a professional engineer, in my late 30s, travel often for work, and spend about half my time at my girlfriend’s house. I’m cool with you having an occasional guest over, but no parties. I’d consider a cat or a dog as well, if you have one.
Also, I have the place, including what would be your suite, fully furnished. I’d prefer if you use the furniture I have here already so I don’t have to get rid of anything or put anything in storage.
Available for viewing immediately, available for rental 9/13.
I’m open to a month to month arrangement or a 6 or 12 month lease.
