I have one room available for rent starting the first of September at $1,150 each in a quiet, charming area of East Side Costa Mesa. The rooms are both medium sized approximately 11X11. We currently have 2 males age 35, 33, and one female age 55. We are looking for people who are responsible, clean, pay their bills on time, and accept responsibility for their own behavior.
You must have a full time job or be a student with pay stubs to corroborate affording income. No excessive alcohol use, illegal drug use or pets ( No cats or dogs at this time please ). We have a small comfortable backyard where light smoking is allowed. Guests are allowed over within reason and notification of other housemates.
Utilities are shared at approximately $75 a month, and the deposit is the price of one month's worth of rent.
We have an attached garage for light storage as its shared between the four of us. Washer and dryer are in unit. There is always easy, accessible street parking with no street sweeping and we have one spot in the driveway. Us two current tenants have lived at this house for a number of years now and want to keep a professional, quiet, easy-going atmosphere with like minded individuals. We are hard-working, clean professionals and really enjoy being next to accessible freeways, the back bay, the OC fairgrounds, OCC, and too many amazing restaurants.
