I am renting a room in Costa Mesa, across from the fairgrounds, great neighborhood.
Looking for a drama free roommate, someone who likes their alone time and wants peace and quiet,
A safe place to live, a clean room, a cool Roomie. Limited visitors appreciated. The house is no resort but it’s private. It’s an older house with big yard.
The rent is basically $850 plus $100 for utilities. So $950. It also includes everything for the house, household goods.
Not many rules here, as long as you’re respectful, do what you want. Clean up after yourself. If you cook, clean the kitchen. Simple enough.
Lifestyle: keep late hours or early hours is fine. Come home whenever. As long as NO work from home.
Pets: dogs, reptiles, or anything else is considered. No cats, sorry.
Vices: smoking/ vape ok. cigarettes ok outside. Herbal stuff inside. Social drinking ok.
