Room available for rent on DEC 1st or MID DEC. There is a room available for rent. This is a 6 bedroom 3 bathroom house with 5 rooms sharing 2 baths. We are a group of guys in our mid 20s who all work. Weekdays and weekends are usually quite as we mostly do our own thing. We occasionally throw a new years party at the end of the year but that's as busy as the house gets. There are no quite hours, but please just have common sense as most of us do wake up early for work. Occasional guests are fine. All we ask for is to just clean up after yourself. Driveway can fit up to 3 cars, first come first serve, plenty of street parking right in front of the house.
The rooms for rent will come with full access to kitchen, dining room, living room, garage, washer and dryer, and driveway parking (when available, first come first serve). All household expenses (paper towels, dish soap, etc) and utilities are split evenly and include gas, water, power, cable, and internet. These expenses average out to about 70$ per person per month. The house is fully furnished, but you will need to bring your own bedroom furniture. We have pots, pans, plates, utensils, and any other kitchen tools that we share. You will not find a better deal than this for this price, most places won't offer you full access to shared spaces. NO PETS.

- A refundable deposit of $1000 would be required to lock in the room
- Rent is month-to-month paid through Venmo
- No tobacco smokers
- We stress the importance of being respectful of each others belongings and cleaning up after yourself in shared spaces. We have had issues with roommates in the past and would like to avoid similar issues.
