There’s laundry and parking in the garage. No formal parking arrangement; 2 spots shared between the roommates. Whoever gets there when the spot is open gets it. There’s also parking on the street.
Of course you can use the common areas like the kitchen and garage storage. Just replaced the washing machine recently.
