It is a 163sqft (12.5ftx13ft) master bedroom with a private entrance in a 3 bedrooms + 1 patio room + 2 bathrooms single family house. The house is at the cul de sac with a lot of privacy and street parking. The bedroom comes with a big 22.5 sqft (2.5ftx9ft) closet. The huge bathroom 86 sqft (9ftx9.5ft) has a make up table which can be used as a working table too and is used as the entrance to the bedroom. Bedroom can be furnished with a queen bed if needed. Cooking will be in the awning in the backyard. Living room and the main kitchen are not shared to the tenant.
The house has both AC and heater. Washer and drier is available in the garage. The potential tenant would be a male student or an independent, professional male worker, who is under 40.
I am a mid 40s guy and work 9-6 weekdays. The other person is a early 30s guy. Both of us are very laid back and quiet persons.
The house is walking distance to Orange Coast College, close to Vanguard University, South Coast Plaza, near to 405, 55, 73 highways and John Wayne Airport. It takes 15 min to drive to the beach. It is close to Stater Bros. Markets, Target, Ikea…
