I have a room for rent but every time I post on here it keeps getting flagged. In Capo Beach. Shared bathroom. Ocean view. No couples. Currently three roommates, two maleas, one female. We are outgoing but keep it mellow at home. We ask that you are respectful of common areas and keep clean. One older cocker spaniel, small dog would be considered. No weekly maid service and all utilities included. Super close to freeway.
