We live in Buena Park, right down the street from The source. There is a 7-Eleven convenience store right next door to our apartment and a bus station is right across the street. Some of the buses will take you straight to Knott's Berry farm some will take you directly to Disneyland.
We live 10 minutes away from Knott's Berry farm. It is a great place to live if you go to Fullerton college or if you are a young couple or if you're just looking for someplace for yourself and you just want to commute to work.
My husband and I are very flexible with tenants.
Tenants can come in a party of One,two,or three persons.
No smoking, no overnight guests, no heavy drinking, children allowed, pets allowed.
We share a bathroom.
we offer a parking space to anyone that comes and lives with us and they'll have their own personal parking space since parking is hard to find here in our complex.
We live in a townhome style apartment. So it is upstairs downstairs. 3 bed, 2 bath. 3 people currently live here. all in early twenties.
