I am renting out one bedroom in my newly renovated luxurious Downtown Fullerton Townhouse on Aug 3rd The room is private, and is 1000. month, with a shared bathroom.
The townhouse is conveniently located right behind the Downtown Fullerton train stop which will take you pretty much anywhere in Southern California you desire. Furthermore, we are walking distance to mostly all of the hottest Downtown Fullerton clubs/lounges/restaurants, shops and entertainment Target, Costco, AMAZON and AMC. It’s also a perfect place for commuters; it has easy access to the 91/57 freeways, bus and steps from the downtown Fullerton train station.
I have recently upgraded the townhouse with granite in the kitchen, bathrooms and family room. Please see the pictures I have attached.
