I am looking to rent out a bedroom with private bathroom, walk-in closet, and private balcony in my condo. It is furnished with a bed, side tables, and TV. (Bed Set is Full Size)
Bedroom is on second floor and parking is included.
Looking for someone who is a working professional on a month-to-month basis. Utilities included in price. Washer/Dryer included. Kitchen access.
Don't really have an end date in mind. Just wanted to be comfortable terms on both sides.
I would prefer a woman renter. No drugs/ good background record. No couples or pets. Occasional guests from time to time are fine. Looking to rent asap. Deposit of $2000 required.
