The house is situated in a large property with plenty of space to hang out in the backyard and two side yards.
The whole house has been remodeled completely and it looks new and modern.
The room is available October 18, 2025. We are renting it month to month so there is no long term contract. No long term commitment.
There is full kitchen privileges and full use of the washer and dryer. We have lots of parking on the street and on the driveway.
There is a working central air conditioner and heater so the temperature will be comfortable.
We have filtered water for drinking so you don't need to buy bottled water.
We have an air filter in the kitchen. We also include an air filter in the room for fresh and clean air.
Landscape in the back yard and front yard is maintained by the owners.
A housekeeper will come to do deep cleaning of the common area and the bathrooms once a month.
All utilities are included. High speed internet (Wifi) is included. You get your own refrigerator for yourself and you don't have to share the refrigerator space with anyone else.
We pay for products like toilet papers, paper towels, Kleenex tissue, lunch napkins, and cleaning products used in the common area.
We also supply you with laundry detergent, all fabric bleach, and stain remover for your washing needs.
The room comes furnished with a full size bed, a mirrored chest dresser, a 5 drawers dresser, one night stand, one desk, and one chair. There is a large closet for storing your clothes.
We are looking for one person who is clean and clean after himself or herself. Pets and animals are not allowed.
We have a no drugs, no marijuana, no alcohol, no vaping or smoking policy in the house or on the property.
The bathroom is shared with one person and kept very clean.
Security deposit is the same amount as the rent plus a cleaning fee.
