My current roommate is moving out in a few days and I need someone to rent her room immediately. Rent is 1350$ and security deposit is $750 but we can do a payment plan to make it easier for move in. I would be paying $1400. There are 2 full bathroom one up stairs, one downstairs. You could have the one downstairs or share the upstairs one. You would have full access to the house and be able to use all my things. No need to buy anything. PETS ARE OKAY, I have a puggle.
Ps…I’m not an interior decorator so please don’t judge the inside too hard haha. Maybe you could help with that…

There is an application fee of $45 dollars that the apartments require. I do not handle that. They don’t really look at credit score, just income.
It’s a very peaceful spot. I am a 35 yo male who works during the day and goes to sleep fairly early. I do not have people over all the time and just keep to myself. Just shoot me a text if you have any other questions
