We both maintain a clean house as respectable responsible individuals within our different age groups (20sth to 30s). The home creates a relaxing environment and offers comfort to the visitors as opposed to keeping the bed excitedly.
The rent is 685 per month with utility spending being split equally tenants with 70 and 80 each. In order to get into the house on May 1 st, first-month expansion and the deposit will have to be raised.
