I am a digital marketing professional and I live in the house. I have a large senior dog and he is trained and friendly.
The room is big enough for a queen size bed, dresser,desk, and nightstand. The room has a sliding glass door to the backyard which is nice to let in fresh air . There is limited extra storage as well. Room is newly painted. There are brand new appliances including washing machine, kitchen range, etc...
Currently there are two males that live in the house.
Utilities are natural gas,the electric, water,trash is combined in one bill. Internet use is optional, 1gb mbps. each month are split equally between housemates. The cost fluctuates each month depending on usage, summer and winters month's are more expensive due to heating or air conditioning. Monthly cost will be split three ways. Around $60-100,each.
The house is located in a quiet, cul de sac. There are many shops, restaurants, gyms, freeways and outdoor activities close by. Neighborhood is very safe, and lots of young families with kids.
Move in cost is first and last month rent paid upon move in. $2200. No overnight guests unless you let me know in advance. No refunds in case you decide to move out early. Minimum lease is two months, and then month to month at will.
I'm open to renting to someone who commutes to work or school,no remote jobs. The person should clean up after themselves when using shared spaces like kitchen, living room areas etc. I keep a relatively clean house and would love it if the tenants would help out.
