- Lease terms: you will be replacing our old roomie on our current 1-year lease from February 1st, 2026 to January 31st, 2027

About us:
- Monse (29), full-time teacher. Introverted extrovert, I spend a lot of time in my room, at work and at Disneyland. I like hiking and the beach when I have free time.
- Meg (28), full-time in public health, works wfh monday and friday. Enjoys hot sculpt, trying new cafes, and events.
- Anissia (31), Social but can also keep to self. Work, gym, meal prep, sleep, repeat. Likes shows and journaling.
