Option 2: Upgrade together to a 2B/2B — I’m fine taking the master and paying more. My budget is $1800, and your share for the guest room would be $1300–$1400 (unless you prefer the master and pay the higher share).
Open to a single female or a mom with one child. No couples, no smoking, no drinking, no pets.
