Hello! We’re Tyler and Alexis — a professional couple relocating from Raleigh, NC to Orange County and looking for a place to call home. We’re ideally seeking a 3-bedroom house or a large 2-bedroom in or near a coastal community (Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, Huntington Beach, or surrounding areas).
Budget: Up to $5,500/month
A little about us:
• Tyler and Alexis are both working professionals — Tyler in Finace and Alexis in Human Resources with a company-sponsored relocation to the area.
• We are quiet, responsible, and respectful of property. No smoking. No parties.
• We do have one well-behaved, low-key cat named Millie — she’s an indoor cat and a true homebody.
We have strong rental history, excellent credit, and verifiable income. We’re happy to provide references, pay stubs, and any documentation needed to make the application process easy for you.
Target move-in: Mid-May to June 2026.
