ABOUT THE ROLE
Traders is growing and we’re seeking an energetic, organized Event Coordinator to support
major trade shows and consumer events across the country. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role
ideal for someone who enjoys travel, events, people, and creating exciting branded retail
environments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate logistics for trade shows and consumer events
• Lead small teams and set up multi-store retail locations at events
• Create a strong, engaging retail presence on-site
• Prepare and merchandise event products (apparel, decals, souvenirs, etc.)
• Travel nationwide for event operations and execution
• Assist with event setup, daily operations, and breakdown
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive, energetic attitude
QUALIFICATIONS
• Event coordination experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to travel regularly
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Positive, energetic, team-oriented personality
COMPENSATION
• $80,000+ per year depending on experience
