Primary job responsibilities include:
* Providing amazing customer service to our clients, partners, vendors, and the many providers with whom we work
while steering the success of our business.
* Building and maintaining the strong, long term relationships we have with the aforementioned groups.
We are a fast paced, friendly environment that demands quick wit, strong multi-tasking skills and a "customer comes first" attitude.
Our ideal candidate:
* Has experience in Answering/Making Phone Calls
* Can Type quickly and accurately
* Has exceptional computer skills
* Attention-To-Detail and Organizational Skills
* Thrives working under pressure with time sensitive matters
* Has very strong written communication skills
* Has excellent interpersonal and phone skills
* Is comfortable with Windows based applications
* Enjoys learning new skills
* Presents themselves in a clean, professional manner
* Be punctual and want to work full time M-F 8am-5pm
* Casual dress and great office atmosphere!
