WAREHOUSE PRODUCTION– Team leader in production where I operated all equipment for filling,
capping, sealing, date printing, and labeling of all bottled cleaning chemicals. This consisted of
connecting to chemical tank/tote, adjusting all rails accordingly to size of bottles, programming
filling machine, programming and settings for capping machine, adjusting sealer machine, setting
up printer for date, and setting and programming labeling machine. I also packaged products and
labeled boxes for shipping. As being the team leader, I over looked all production line and
packaging. I assisted supervisor with any trouble shooting problems along production equipment.
2014 – 2016 ON DISABILTY, San Clemente, CA
WORK INJURY – I had a work injury with Traffix Devices, Inc. that resulted with carpal tunnel. It
was a long process that required a lot of doctor visits and chiropractic therapy. I had surgery
followed with healing time. I was required to continue with post chiropractic therapy until I was
fully recovered and released to work.

WAREHOUSE / ASSEMBLY – Gap of unemployment was due to a work injury that required extensive pre-treatment, surgery, and post treatment. Assembling of products such as traffic signs, stands, attenuators, cones, etc. Working with powered tools, air powered tools, rivet guns, drills, nuts and bolts. Palletized product, strapping and shrink wrapping. Also assisted in setting up assembly line with use of forklift for production. Translated English/Spanish as well with co-workers to communicate.
