Responsibili2es:
· Prepare TRID compliant Change of Circumstances (COCs), Loan EsFmates (LEs) including State Specific Disclosures for the Mortgage Loan Originators
· Review loan applicaFon packages for completeness and accuracy, including but not limited to credit, income, assets and
disclosures including required documentaFon from the customer and third parFes in support of the loan approval decision.
· AVenFon to detail. All documentaFon to be reviewed/pre-underwriVen prior to submission, clearing an underwriFng condiFon(s) and or clearing a funding condiFon(s).
· Submit full loan packages to registraFon, review and clear underwriFng condiFons within lock period. · Update LOS System (encompass or POINT) to reflect accurate informaFon.
· Responsible for calculaFng and analyzing income, assets and liabiliFes
· Responsible for calculaFng proper loan amounts so that clients are not short to close at docs.
· Communicate, prepare and mail out commitment leVer, noFce of incompleteness or declines for accurate HMDA reporFng
· Verifying and validaFng supporFng income, asset and liability documentaFon.
· Review and respond to excepFon reports, internal and external audits, as required by our OperaFon Manager and Compliance Officer
· Communicate to client(s) a minimum of 2X per week via email and by phone to provide status updates – delivering excellent customer service is paramount
· Maintain accurate pipeline by documenFng file status, lock expiraFon and conversaFon log to track loan progress · Provide MLOs updates on file on a weekly basis
· Perform other related duFes as assigned or required, order VOE’S, VOM’S, credit supplements, appraisal, termite inspecFons. Whatever is needed to get the loan to fund.
· Establish great client relaFonship by rouFnely communicaFng with clients and by delivering excellent customer service
