· Over twenty years experience in the construction industry including: roofing, flooring, drywall, painting, framing, concrete and steel, landscape construction, and maintenance, warehousing, and basic electrical.
· Operated machinery such as front-end loaders, skid steer loaders, riding mowers, one ton trucks, 3 different types of forklifts, jackhammers, concrete vibrators, tree stumpers, wood chippers, chainsaws, band saws, reciprocating saws, circular saws, concrete saws, trimmers, leaf blowers, acetylene torches, compressed air nailers.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, along with an impressive understanding of numbers.
· Quality and detail oriented, with the proven ability to identify, analyze and solve problems.
· Ability to multi-task and work well under tight deadlines.
· Willing to work long hours, crawl through dirt, work alone or with a great team to complete the assigned projects, and do them right.
· Fast and efficient worker who takes pride in the work being completed.
· Excellent hand-eye co-ordination along with 20/20 vision.
· Ability to successfully handle weights of over 50 lbs.
· Willing to travel or relocate to the job site.
