Hi Im Chris. I’m a professional hard working individual that is looking for some gigs/projects in the construction field. I have my own set of tools/transportation and I am experienced in a good number of fields. I am also open minded and willing to learn new things. I am experienced in:

Electrical (recessed lights,replacement/addition of plugs,switches,220v,new circuits, main panel/subpanel replacement/relocation)
Plumbing (shower mix valves,copper runs, drains/vents, water heater replacement/relocation/tankless conversion)
Flooring (laminate/hardwood floor, vinyl,tile)
Drywall (hanging)
Showers/Tile walls and floors
Framing (doors,closets,walls load and non load bearing beams and footings)
Demolition
Cabinet assembly and install (kitchen/bath)
Window install (retrofit and new construction)
Hang TVs
Complete Kitchen/bathroom remodels
ADUs
I can also deal with inspectors/inspections and my work is up to code

My strong fields would be electrical, plumbing, flooring/tile and adu/renovations in general
