Escrow Assistant – Tustin, CA
Pay: $4,200.00 per month
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We are seeking an experienced Escrow Assistant to support escrow officers and ensure smooth day-to-day operations throughout the escrow process.
Responsibilities:
Assist with opening, processing, and closing escrow files
Prepare and review escrow documents
Coordinate with lenders, agents, buyers, and sellers
Maintain accurate and organized escrow files
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of direct escrow experience
Hands-on experience reviewing Preliminary Reports and RPAs
Independently ordered payoff demands and HOA documents
Familiar with DocuSign and RBJ escrow system
Able to support a high-volume environment
Must be bilingual
