Work from Home! Acquisitions Manager 4 Real Estate Company (Irvine)

compensation: $500-1000 per week
employment type: full-time
telecommuting okay

Do you want to work from home, part time to full time depending on how much money you want to make, and make a great income?? We are a family run company in business for the last 8 years investing in real estate. We are looking for a sales professional to help us buy more houses!

Pay- Commission Only

Commission Structure-

$250 per contract (Typical 2-4 contract per week)
10% of net profit of each deal (goal would be $30,000 per month in net profits

Work 5-6 hours per day, work from home!

Job Description

Manage the acquisition process of our properties
You will be required to walk sellers through the process of selling property to us. You will be talking to multiple seller leads per day (10-15), making offers on their houses and following up to lock up contracts. Work with our acquisition team to determine the best strategy for each property and execute the strategy.
We have an excellent work culture and have a lot of fun. We hold ourselves to a high standard and hold each other accountable to meeting goals.
Real Estate and Sales experience is a plus but not required.

What we are looking for:

Reliable - Need to be able to consistently work around the same times every day between 9 AM-6:00 PM PST.
Tech savvy - Need to know how to use a smartphone, google chrome, and learn how to use web based applications (but it's basically point and click)
Typing skills - Must be able to type notes and work on a computer quickly
Positive Attitude - People who will excel in this position are coachable and open to constructive criticism to get better quickly.
Must live in Orange County
*Previous cold calling and sales experience is a plus!
