Maintain strong communication and professionalism

Active California DRE Salesperson License
Strong understanding of CA real estate paperwork & processes
Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools
Reliable work ethic and consistent engagement
Willingness to commit to the 6-month Agent Access term

At REVESTY, our onboarding process is built for speed, clarity, and momentum. Once you complete the hiring survey and meet the qualification score, you can move through all required steps same-day — including signing your agreement, transferring your DRE license, and activating your Agent Access subscription.
Our system is designed so motivated agents can be fully hired, activated, and onboarded within hours, with zero friction and clear instructions at each step.If you’re ready to move forward, simply follow the outline below. Each step is designed so you can complete your activation as efficiently as possible.
1 — Application (Google Form Submission)
Candidates begin by completing our Google Form Hiring Survey, which includes:
A brief assessment (the Interview Quiz)
Required questions to confirm readiness
A section to upload your resume directly in the form
This allows us to evaluate all applicants fairly and efficiently.
2 — Interview Quiz (Automated Hiring Decision)
Your score on the Google Form Quiz determines your next step.
If you meet or exceed the required threshold, you are automatically approved for hire and move forward immediately.
3 — Hiring Email (Instructions)
Approved candidates receive a hiring email with:

Your Independent Contractor Agreement

4 — Activation
Once you sign the agreement, transfer your DRE license under REVESTY, and activate your subscription, you are officially part of REVESTY.
