This was an NOS GM part purchased decades ago by Eckler's Corvette.
Eckler's used this panel to make the mold for their reproductions.
It needs some detail work to be excellent. It has never been painted or installed on a car.
I purchased it exactly as shown back around 2001 from Ekler's for $200 plus shipping from Florida.
I sold the 67 L79 Convertible I purchased it for shortly after and the panel has only been stored since.
