This swap kit components were removed from a 1984 Mercedes 190e many years ago.
It was a 4cyl gas motor (OM102). The transmission appeared to be in good condition, but since it is so rare, I had it checked out by a transmission shop, as described below. The goal was to remove all pieces necessary to swap from automatic transmission to manual in a 190e gas, diesel, 4 or 6 cylinder (trans fits OM601, OM602, OM603, OM102, and OM103 motors). The listing includes the following parts:
Inspected and sealed 5-speed overdrive transmission and all bell housing hardware.
The complete two-piece driveshaft with both flex discs and all mounting hardware.
Original shifter links and clips, OEM shifter mechanism with boot and knob, and all associated hardware.
Hydraulic clutch master cylinder, slave cylinder, and all hydraulic lines and clips. Includes flex line.
Throw out bearing and release arm.
Flywheel and bolts, and clutch mounting bolts. I had the flywheel surfaced locally by Southland Clutch.
Rear mounting bracket, hardware, and rubber mount. Includes exhaust hanger bracket.
Complete clutch and brake pedal assembly with 2 switches and related pigtail wires and hardware.
The OEM black under-dash panel with cut out for both pedal arms.
Any hardware, sensors, plugs, and wires not mentioned above.
All other components are either in good used condition. All hardware is in good shape
