This motor has les than 10 minutes of run time. Was built for a Kenne Bell Supercharger and 15lbs of boost and capable of handling 850 HP. Had it built by DSS in IL with their high Nickle content block, Forged stroker pistons, crank and rods. It was balanced to perfection and was built with all new parts including forged Fluidampner harmonic balancer, custom ground DSS cam with hydraulic lifters, hardened oil pump gear, all ARP fasteners and Melling high volume oil pump. It also has the super strong billet block girdle, polished Edelbrock hi flow water pump, new timing cover, Cloyes double roller timing chain an more. Unfortunately the shop that put the AFR heads on didn't use the correct thickness head gaskets recommended by DSS and when engine was installed in my 1993 Cobra 2 pistons hit the valves! You can buy just 2 pistons already balanced from DSS, re-hone the 2 cylinders and would have an awesome motor. This short block cost me $7800 with shipping and 6 month wait time. Sell for $3500 Firm, and if you want the Moroso front and rear duel sump oil pan, the PST polyurethane engine mounts and roll-able powder coated engine dolly for $500 more for all to engine buyer. This is an incredible deal for an amazing motor. I ended up putting a Coyote engine in my Cobra. This would be perfect for any hot rod, Mustang, Cougar, Saleen, Falcon, Fairlane, street rod, etc.
