There is enough room to store 2 -3 vehicles along with some shelving or misc. items. This space is also perfect for storing furniture, tables, beds, chairs etc. The unit just got a brand new warehouse door installed today.
There is also a parking space in front of the unit that is always available.
The unit also has a bathroom with a brand new toilet and sink.
The area is totally safe, well lit with great tenants as neighbors. I have been renting the adjacent unit for 10 years and it's a great place to rent. It's easily accessible off Gothard Street and there is plenty of convenient parking.
The unit is not available to live in or for it to be turned into a work shop. The best fit for this would be for vehicles, a boat on a trailer, furniture storage for someone who is moving, or any other type items that need to be stored.
There is a small separate office section where I will be keeping my things. I also have one small area in the warehouse that is marked off.
