Bought this for my girlfriend from a Sony US authorized dealer. She took six images before deciding it was too big and complicated for her. The seventh shutter actuation was to upload a file to verify the number of shots taken.
This a7IV is the full frame professional model with dual card slots.
It is under manufacturer’s warranty for the original owner (me) and in the unlikely instance you would need warranty servicing you’d send it in under my name on your behalf.
