I purchased this model during 2020 Covid. I used it thru 2021 while sitting at my computer. I tried, when I first purchased it, to use the remote and all the buttons. I was not successful with the remote, and some of the button did not respond. I did not go further since I never needed those functions anyway. I don't know if I didn't set up correctly or not. I also remember a cd, but I can not find that now. I also found that this model was discontinued shortly before I bought it, so I was not successful with the manufacturing helping me with any software. All I needed it for was to project onto the computer what I was writing on paper under the document camera.

Exterior condition looks clean. Ships with black carrying case.
