Sick tiny kitten need help ASAP (Midway City)

This is a tiny kitten from neighborhood feral cat .It desperately needs help from a kind person that can afford to help the poor little soul.I can not do more for it or keep it,he has eye infection, maybe respiratory issue.He/she is skinny.I felt so sorry for it in this heat 😢. Normally they will just run away ,but he was trying to get cool under a chair and didnt even flinch when I picked him up.I fed him gave him a tiny kitten dose of ivermectin and clean it up as he was very dirty.Someone please help him.Seriously .He needs to be picked up from Midway City.Right off Beach Blv ,between Mc Fadden and Bolsa.
