Pomeranian Looking for a Responsible Home

I am looking for a loving and responsible home for my 6-year-old Pomeranian.
He is not neutered and would do best in a house with a yard. He is not well suited for apartment living. He is energetic, can be vocal (barks), and still needs continued training and consistency.
He gets along well with other dogs. A home without children under 15 years old or an adult-only home would be best for him.
Due to personal circumstances, I am no longer able to provide the care and environment he needs.
