These are lovely earthy-elegant furnished private offices - which share a lovely lobby. The offices are available for 1, 2, 3 or more days per week to meet with your clients in a unique, beautiful, peaceful environment. You can also do your own individual work in this sublime setting.

The office has a comfy sofa, recliner chair and a desk. We also have available a treatment suite with a treatment table and it's own lobby and kitchen. All the offices have big windows providing lots of natural light and all are private, serene and lovely! Monthly rates for part time use start at the discounted rate of $250 per month for a therapy/general office and $350 for a treatment suite with treatment chair/table and sink, etc. Details are listed below.

The offices are adjacent to Irvine in the wonderful section of Tustin called 'Old Town'. You can walk right out the door to the tree lined streets where you will find lots of great shops and cafes. Centrally located very near the 5 freeway and the 55 freeway.

- The building features a bright cheery outdoor courtyard with a water fountain.
- Ample free parking.
- A beautiful lobby with your office.

- The offices are perfect for a Therapist / Life Coach / Nutritionist / Counselor / Psychologist / Hypnotherapist / Speech Therapist / Reiki Practitioner or even an Attorney / Accountant / CPA / Etc. And the treatment room is perfect for an Aesthetician / Esthetician / Chiropractor / Acupuncturist / Stylist, Etc.

THERAPY / General Office Monthly Prices:

- 4 days per month (1 day per week) is $250 per month
- 8 days per month (2 days per week) is $450 per month
- 12 days per month (3 days per week) is $650 per month
- 16 days per month (4 days per week) is negotiable

TREATMENT suite Monthly Prices:
Furnished with treatment tables and your own lobby and kitchen. ( Day = 7 hrs)
- 4 days per month (1 day per week) is $350 per month
- 8 days per month (2 days per week) is $595 per month
- 12 days per month (3 days per week) $850 per month
- 16 days per month (4 days per week) is negotiable
