Office furniture configuration to stay as is (furniture cannot be removed / replaced) however it is OK to hang framed pictures inside individual offices.
Prefer to rent both offices to same tenant. However, if you are interested in only one please reply indicating which suite you’re interested in renting. If unable to find single tenant for both offices owner will consider renting individual offices to separate tenants.
Each office has a lock with its own unique key. Tenants are provided separate key to enter the suite.
Secured building: Key card/fob access outside of normal business hours.
High speed internet is included. Each tenant is isolated on separate network. There is at least one ethernet port in wall of each office. Tenants can add their own router or switch in office to connect multiple ethernet devices (i.e., computer, VOIP phone, wireless access point). If one tenant rents multiple offices, they can share one network for file sharing.

Offices B, D, and E are occupied by tenant in professional services industry. Reception is not staffed. Option to staff reception and rent for $375/month.
Month to Month Lease. First and last month’s rent due at signing of lease. An additional security deposit of $600 per office due at signing of lease (if both offices rented security deposit is $1100). Rent due on first day of every subsequent month.
