Short Term Rates are as follows:
Daily rental - $750
Weekly Rental - $1200
Additional amenities available if needed such as access to restroom, kitchen, conference room, changing rooms and upstairs lounge. Additional fees would apply based on need.
Long Term Rates (Exceeding one month) will be considered based on availability.
Warehouse can be used for long term for storage only. Per pallet rates can apply with minimal in and out use.
